My tough upper middle-class childhood

I was chatting with a couple at the bar. I'd never seen them before and we were hitting it off. One of them asks me,

"Where are you from?"

"Worcester."

"Really? Then why are you so cheerful?"

      I had to go on the defensive for Worcester. I told them it wasn't so bad. I was never starving. There's always 10 cent tacos. ;)
